This is a 1980s does a 1940s Dress. It would look great with a big brimmed hat, gloves and a clutch or psychobilly it up with big hair, dark makeup and fishnets. This is black and tan print that looks like animal print or feathers. It features cap sleeves with small shoulder pads, a peplum bodice and wiggle skirt with a cinched in waist and matching wide belt. It has a center back zipper, so it's easy to get into. The label reads "Joni Blair". 100% Rayon, Dry Clean Only. It's in excellent vintage condition. It measures Bust 36" Waist 29" Hip 38". This is an authentic one of a kind vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
